Getting Started
Prepare to use the Equinix Digital Letter of Authorization (DiLOA) Manager by signing into your Equinix Customer Portal (ECP) account, which is your starting point for managing online LOAs.
Existing Users
If you already have an ECP account, you can access the Digital LOA Manager.

Enter your username and password into the Equinix Customer Portal, then click Sign In.

From the Orders and Tickets menu, choose Digital LOA Manager.
The Digital LOA Manager is displayed.
From here, you can view, create, and manage digital LOAs.
New Users
To sign into the Digital LOA Manager, new users must first create an ECP account. Contact your company's portal administrator or the Global Service Desk.
