Support Center

This topic describes how to utilize the Support Center page. To access the Support Center from the portal, click Support at the top right-hand corner of the page. Then, scroll to the bottom of the help tray menu and click Visit Support Center.

Support Cases are listed on the left side of the page. The support tickets are split into 3 classifications:

  • Action Required

  • Open

  • Closed

Click View all cases to view a list of current support cases. Then, click a specific case to view its status.

Note: Visit the Support Case document in the Case Management area to learn how to view and edit open support cases.

At the bottom of the page is the Knowledge Base area. Use the search bar to find topics on products, services offered, and tutorials on navigating through the Equinix Customer Portal.

On the right side of the Support Center page, is a link to the Support Case page. Here you can search cases, open new cases, and receive help with navigating through the Equinix Portal. The Feedback tab allows you to provide feedback on how we are doing.
