Support Center

This topic describes how to utilize the Support Center page. To access the Support Center from the portal, click Support at the top right-hand corner of the page. Then, scroll to the bottom of the help tray menu and click Visit Support Center.

The Overview tab is shown. Support Cases are divided into three classifications:

  • Action Required

  • Open

  • Closed

Click the Support Cases tab or click View all cases to view a list of current support cases. Click a specific case to view its status.

At the bottom of the page is the Knowledge Base area. Use the search bar to find topics on products, services offered, and tutorials on navigating through the Equinix Customer Portal.
