Knowledge Base

You can access support documents within the Knowledge Base.

  1. From the portal, click Support . The Support menu is displayed.
  2. Click Visit Support Center at the bottom of the menu to access the Knowledge Base.
  3. Scroll down to the Knowledge Base section where you can enter search terms (see The Search Bar) or browse topic categories.
  4. Click each category to see available topics.
    • Equinix Products – Different products and services offered.
    • Orders and Billing – Learn the invoicing system and billing experience.
    • Data Center Services – Explore many data center options offered and the specs and guidelines required.
    • Identity and Permissions – Learn about custom portal access and security.
    • On-boarding and Support – Welcome guides and help with adding users.
    • Release Readiness – Portal improvements, release notes, and videos.
    • Certifications and Compliance – View different compliance documents.
    • Product Policies – Information about SLAs and data center policies.
