Planning Billing Accounts and Users

Users can be created using either the Equinix Customer Portal or using Identity and Access Management portal. Equinix Identity and Access Management provides insight into your resource hierarchy and enables managing your organizational structure along with user access to product-specific assets. Plan and create resources that reflect your organization and projects, then create and assign users.

Billing accounts are used to track expenses related to services, and to manage billing and payments. Create billing account to be able to order Equinix Fabric assets.
