Scheduled Maintenance Notifications
View the details of all upcoming maintenance activities that are scheduled for the electrical and mechanical assets in your data center.

The Scheduled Maintenance page displays notifications about upcoming maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical infrastructure assets.
Tip: Hover the mouse over an activity's Summary to read the entire summary.
Tip: The smart data grid allows you to search, sort, and filter the columns. You can also click to select columns to hide/show, or to rearrange the columns. For details, see Smart Data Grids.
These columns are displayed in the grid:
Name | Description |
---|---|
IBX | Specific IBX where the asset resides. |
Notification Number | Reference number for the upcoming maintenance activity. |
Summary | Brief summary of the maintenance to be performed. |
Last Modified | Date when the last notification was sent regarding the upcoming maintenance activity. |
Start Date | Date and time that the maintenance is scheduled to start. |
End Date | Date and time that the maintenance is scheduled to end. |
Status | Current status for the scheduled maintenance activity; for example, Approved, New, Rescheduled, Updated or Canceled. |

All columns can be filtered.

All columns except IBX, Summary, and Status can be sorted.
Click a row in the data grid to view details about the specific maintenance activity.
The top half of the panel displays:
- A description of the maintenance activity.
- The IBX where the infrastructure asset resides.
- The notification number for the scheduled maintenance activity.
- The scheduled start date and time of the maintenance activity.
- The scheduled end date and time of the maintenance activity.
The bottom half of the panel displays a Notification History section listing all notifications sent about this scheduled maintenance activity. At the bottom of the panel is a data grid that lists your affected accounts (with account names and account numbers).
Click a notification card under Notification History to see the content of the message sent about this maintenance activity. Details of the notification include:
- Maintenance activity title.
- Maintenance notification number.
- List of all accounts affected by the maintenance activity.
- Duration of the maintenance activity, and the scheduled date and start/end times.
- Maintenance activity description.
- Affected assets (cage, cabinet, circuit) and their associated account numbers. Use the pagination options at the bottom right of the panel to view additional entries.
