Use these steps to configure how information is displayed in Smart View.

Time Zone

To change the time zone displayed in Smart View (and the Customer Portal):

  1. In the Smart View portal, move your mouse over your username (upper-right corner), and select My Profile:

    Your profile opens in the Equinix Customer Portal.

  2. Select an option from the Time Zone drop-down list, then click Submit.

  3. Refresh your Smart View window.

Units of Measurement (UOM)

Note: The UOM setting controls the display of temperature readings for Environmental assets on the following screens:

To change the units of measure displayed in Smart View:

  1. In the Smart View portal, move your mouse over your username (upper-right corner), and select My Profile:

    Your profile opens in the Equinix Customer Portal.

  2. Click Interface Preferences.

  3. For Units of Measurement, select Standard International or U.S. Customary.

    Tip: For temperature readings in Celsius, select Standard International. For temperature readings in Fahrenheit, select U.S. Customary.

  4. Refresh your Smart View window.
