Create a port-based or a VLAN-based Layer 2 Ethernet multipoint-to-multipoint network by first creating the network then connecting to your network from your EPL or EVPL ports and Network Edge devices in various metros.
When creating your private network you will:

Networks Inventory
The Networks Inventory provides a single location for viewing and editing your private networks. To access the Networks Inventory, go to the Connections menu and select Networks Inventory.
