Access Equinix Fabric APIs

Once you have an Equinix Fabric account, you can create, view, and manage connections using Equinix Fabric Gateway APIs.

Getting Access to the Fabric Gateway APIs

New Fabric Gateway users must first have an Equinix Fabric account. For more information, see Create a New User Account.

Using the APIs

You can access Fabric Gateway through either the Fabric portal, or through the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP).

Once you have an Equinix Fabric account, you can sign directly into the Equinix Fabric portal:

  1. Open the Equinix Fabric portal home page.
  2. Enter your user name and password, then click Sign In.
Note: If your company is already using Equinix Fabric and you have an Equinix Customer Portal account, you must request access and permissions from your company administrator. In the Equinix Customer Portal, go to Account Profile > Permissions to submit your request.

Or, you can sign into the Equinix Customer Portal

  1. Navigate to the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP) and sign in using your ECP or Fabric credentials.

  2. Click the side menu , then select Fabric & Network Edge.
