智能定价

Smart Hands 服务按工时和材料计费,费用按小时计算(以 30 分钟为单位)。使用零件或特殊服务情况可能产生额外费用。

主要定价详情:

  • 非营业时间收费标准:对于非 24/7 全天候 IBX 地点,在标准营业时间之外提出的请求可能会按更高的收费标准计费。
  • 灵活排班:按排班工作可享受折扣时薪。
  • 固定价格服务:某些活动,例如报告生成,都有固定的价格。
  • 加急或紧急请求:标记为紧急的请求可能会产生额外的固定费用。
  • 电力服务:诸如电路通电或断电之类的任务按固定费用计费,费用为每条电路标准小时费率的四分之一。不另行收取人工费。
  • 按笼计费:费用按笼收取。涉及多个笼子的服务必须分别提交工单。不同笼子的工单不能合并到同一份申请中。

多名技术人员的收费

大多数智能维修服务请求都由一名技术人员处理。但是,根据工作范围和现场情况,某些任务可能需要额外的技术人员。

在这种情况下,费用将根据每位技术人员输入的工时计算。这确保账单反映完成您的请求所需的全部工作量。您可以在向 Equinix 提交请求之前查看定价详情。

关键细节:

  • 默认由一名技术人员完成:大多数请求由一名技术人员完成。
  • 根据需要增派技术人员:复杂的工作可能需要额外的技术人员。
  • 按工时计费:费用根据每位分配到的技术人员记录的时间计算。
  • 透明定价:提交申请前会显示预估费用。

多项活动的收费

对于包含多项服务的单次 Smart Hands 服务订单,计费方式如下:

  • 最低收费:首次使用智能手部护理服务需至少消费 30 分钟。
  • 时间记录:IBX运营团队在完成每项活动时,都会记录处理该请求所花费的实际时间。
  • 额外收费:只有当总使用时间超过 30 分钟时才会再次收费,如下例所示。
