智能视图环境报告

客户门户中的环境报告可让您清晰了解 IBX 数据中心部署对环境的影响。利用这些报告，您可以实现可持续发展目标、满足合规性要求，并跟踪整个托管环境中的能源相关指标。

索取环境报告​

  1. 登录到客户门户。

  2. 从主导航中选择“报告”，然后选择“报告中心”。

  3. 在“请求报告”下，选择“环境报告”。

  4. 选择IBX位置、IBX中的冷却区域以及要包含在报告中的报告类型（温度、湿度）。默认时区为UTC。

    注意

    环境报告中显示的数据代表冷却区的状态。冷却区是指IBX数据中心内共享同一气流和冷却配置的特定区域。每个区域通常包含：

    • 由同一冷却单元服务的一组机柜
    • 统一的冷热通道布局
    • 在整个空间内安装了一套环境传感器（温度和湿度）。

    冷却区用于比全厂范围（IBX 级别）测量更精细地监测运行状况。它们能够更清晰地展现局部热环境，且不会影响正式的 SLA 测量位置。环境报告由冷却区内所有环境传感器的平均温度和湿度生成。

  5. 选择报告的发送频率。

    • 昨天
    • 过去30天
    • 上个月
    • 上个季度
    • 去年
    • 或者您可以选择自定义日期范围。您可以选择过去三年内的日期，但每个范围只能跨越一年。

    如果您选择“昨天”、“上个月”、“上个季度”或“去年”，您可以选择“使此报告定期生成”。

  6. 请输入报告名称，或保留默认名称。

  7. 选择报告格式：Excel 或逗号分隔值 (CSV)。

  8. 请输入其他报告收件人的电子邮件地址。

  9. 点击提交。

管理报告​

要下载和查看报告，请点击“管理报告”选项卡。新报告将显示在报告列表的顶部。

环境报告栏定义​

环境报告中显示的数据已汇总至所选冷却区域级别。输出报告中的每一行代表一天内汇总至该冷却区域级别的数据。

温度和湿度数据

该数据集包含每个 IBX 区域的时间序列环境测量数据。

Column nameDefinition
DateExcel serial date representing the measurement date (e.g., 46104 = 2026-03-24).
Time ZoneThe time zone used for the timestamp (e.g., UTC).
IBXThe data center identifier (e.g., AT1).
ZoneThe specific location within the IBX where sensors are installed (format: IBX:Floor:Room:Area:Zone). Example: AT1:1:O2:ColoArea:Z1.
Temperature (°C) – MeanAverage temperature recorded from all sensors mapped to the Zone for the sampling period, measured in Celsius.
Temperature (°C) – MinAverage of minimum temperature recorded from all sensors mapped to the Zone in the period.
Temperature (°C) – MaxAverage of maximum temperature recorded from all sensors mapped to the Zone in the period.
Humidity (%) – MeanAverage relative humidity recorded from all sensors mapped to the Zone for the sampling period.
Humidity (%) – MinAverage of lowest humidity recorded from all sensors mapped to the Zone in the period.
Humidity (%) – MaxAverage of highest humidity recorded from all sensors mapped to the Zone in the period.

区域笼式布局图

Column nameDefinition
IBXData center identifier (e.g., AT1).
ZoneThe environmental zone ID within the IBX (same structure as Sheet 1).
CageThe Cage IDs mapped to that zone. A zone can have multiple cages (examples: AT1:02:020900, AT1:02:020956, AT1:02:FE00ATT).
