Service Locations
Equinix Precision Time is available across APAC, EMEA, and AMER/LATAM. Services are delivered from specific locations based on the country associated with the billing account when the service instance is created.
When ordering Precision Time, you must select one of the available service locations. You can choose from two or more locations that are supported or recommended for your billing account. The accuracy SLA for PTP applies to local connections, while accuracy for remote connections may vary slightly.
