Cancelling a Support Case

If your issue resolves itself, or you need to cancel a Support case for any reason, you can cancel the case from within the Case History page:

  1. Click the Case Number of the Support case you want to manage.
  2. Click Select Action > Cancel Case.
  3. Enter a message to Support about your case cancellation and upload any supporting files.
  4. Click Submit.

Note: You cannot cancel a case already set to Resolved or Closed status.
