Company Profile

A Company Profile allows you to introduce yourself to other users in Marketplace and promote your business.

Important

Beginning in mid-June, Equinix Marketplace capabilities are moving to the Equinix Fabric Marketplace.

Effective 12 June 2026, active, public company profiles will automatically be transferred to the Fabric Marketplace. After the transfer, you should review and update your profile.

If you haven't updated your profile in a while or you have a private company profile, it will not be transferred to the new marketplace. You can create a new public company profile in Fabric Marketplace. To learn more, please refer to the Fabric Company Profile documentation.

With editor access to your company profile, you can provide a detailed description of your company, including snapshot information such as the number of employees, headquarters location, founding year, and social media links. You can choose which services you want to offer in each location, view Equinix Fabric service profiles, add members to your team and designate primary contacts, and track and view basic analytics.

To set up your company profile:

  1. Click Register and enter your company profile information.

  2. Click My Company and request editor permissions to complete your company profile. An email notification is sent when your request is complete, usually the same day.

  3. Click the edit icon to populate your company profile with case studies, solutions, promotions, events, and white papers. You can also add:

    • A link to your LinkedIn profile
    • All services offered at IBX data center locations
    • Your team members’ contact details
    • Your company logo, links to your website, and social media presence

Managing Your Profile​

To manage your Company Profile, go to My Company.

  • Click Services > Edit to add services to each IBX data center to help customers find you. The more specific you are, the easier it is for customers in your target market to reach you.

  • Click Team Members to view all your team members.

  • Click Contacts to assign a team member to be a contact person for your company.

    • Click Add Member.
    • Drag team members from Marketplace Users to Company Contacts. Prospective customers can message these individuals directly with sales inquiries and business proposals.

  • Click Locations to view the locations of the IBXs available to you as well as the connections (Equinix Fabric or Internet Exchange).

  • Click Service Profiles to review the service profiles created for Equinix Fabric. Service profiles allow other users to find and connect to your Network Edge devices. For more information, see Equinix Fabric – Service Profiles.

  • Click Analytics to analyze the visibility of your company profile in marketplace. Analytics helps you visualize how often your company is being searched for, viewed, or promoted to other users within marketplace.
