Equinix Partner Program

The Equinix Partner Program aims to build a diverse network of top providers to help customers design and deploy the right cloud solution — whether it is a public, private, or hybrid cloud — on our interconnection platform.

Equinix Managed Solutions enables you and your customers to focus on your core areas of expertise, because Equinix operates and maintains the foundational infrastructure and software needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reseller company – An Equinix customer who resells Equinix products for their end-customers, and formally engages in our Partner Program.
  • Sub-account company – The end-customer who buys the service from the reseller.

There is no direct relationship between Equinix and a sub-account company; the legal relationship is directly between the reseller company and the sub-account company. Therefore, all management and usage decisions for Equinix Managed Solutions is the responsibility of the reseller company.

Sub-Account Users with Portal Access

For sub-account users who require access to the Managed Solutions Portal, the following global rules apply:

  • The sub-account user or contact can view only the assets assigned to that account.
  • The sub-account user or contact does not have access to the same pages that the users of the reseller account can access (for example, individual product pages).
  • The sub-account user or contact cannot view information about charges or pricing.
