価格と課金

このトピックでは、エクイニクスソリューションの価格と請求に関する主要な概念について説明します。

料金の種類​

マネージド・ソリューション・サービスの請求書には、以下の料金が含まれる場合があります：

  • 定期料金 - 月次定期料金（MRC）ともいう。

  • 初期費用・一時費用(NRC)

Overage ChargeA charge for the consumption of a Baseline/Overage service which exceeds the quantity on the order.
Service RequestCharge for the delivery of a Service request that was not included in the service and was not credited to a Premiere Support Plan.
Termination FeeCharge for an early termination of a contracted service item.

インボイス​

マネージド・ソリューションは、毎月1日に請求書が発行されます：

  • 請求書発行日を起算日とする1ヶ月間の、契約されたサービス品目数量の定期料金。

  • 前月にご契約のサービス品目数量をお届けした場合の日割り計算による定期料金です。初回配達、またはサービス品目数量の変更が対象となります。

  • 1回限りの料金：

    • 新規サービス品目に適用される場合は、設置料。
    • 請求月-2の最終日から請求月-1の最終日までの超過料金。
    • 請求月-2の最終日から請求月-1の最終日までのサービス依頼。
    • 請求月-1において終了したサービス項目に対する契約解除料。

超過料金の計算​

サービス項目の消費量は、サービス項目ごとに1日に複数回測定される。毎日、これらの測定値の最大値が、1ヶ月間のサービス項目の超過分の計算に使用される。

請求書の超過分は、サービス項目によって以下のように計算されます：

  • 最大消費量 - その月の消費量の最大測定値。
  • 平均消費量 - 1日の平均値。

最大消費量の例​

契約数量：150

顧客消費量：120～260の間で変動。

最大超過数量は110個で、この超過数量は超過料金に対して全月分請求されます。

超過料金に使用される数量は、すべての超過数量の合計をその月の日数で割ったもので、この場合は1160/31=37.4となる。
