注文状況

これらは、_Orders and Tickets History_ページと_Activity Timeline_に表示される注文ステータスの種類です。

注文に関連する複数の要求が含まれている場合、各要求は他の要求とは独立してステータスフローを進みます。例えば、オーダーの一部が「承認待ち」ステータスである一方、オーダーの別の一部が「作成済み」ステータスである場合があります。

  • Submitted - The request was successfully added to the system. No action or review has occurred yet. If the order contains multiple requests, each is listed separately.

  • Pending Approval - Equinix is reviewing the scheduling of the order. If the order contains multiple requests, each is assigned a unique Activity Number.

  • Created - The request is in the queue, and Equinix is reviewing the Scope of Work. If the order contains multiple requests, each is assigned a unique Activity Number and an Estimated Completion Date.

  • Action Required - Equinix needs information or approval from you. For example, there may be questions about the work, or Equinix may propose a different scheduled date/time for the work. For more information, see Respond to Action Required Items.

  • Customer Updated - When a request is modified by the customer, this status will inform the technician to take note of the changes.

  • Accepted - The request has been reviewed and accepted by a technician.

  • In Progress - The IBX technician has started the work.

  • Completed - Equinix has finished the work.

  • Cancelled - The work will not be performed.

  • On-Hold - This indicator typically means you have an inbound shipment at the loading dock, awaiting pickup by Smart Hands staff. They will retrieve it from the shipping/receiving area and deliver it to your space.

  • Requested Date - For Space and Power orders only. Operations will start work on your requested date.

  • In Modification - For Space and Power orders only. Inflight changes are being updated.

  • In Configuration - For Space and Power orders only. Equinix is configuring the order.

  • In Review - For Space and Power orders only. Equinix is reviewing the order.

  • Pending Space - For Space and Power orders only. Installation is in progress.

  • Pending Signature - For Space and Power orders only. The order is on hold, awaiting customer signature. The Activity Timeline shows the name of the required signee and the expiration date for the order. If the order is not signed by this date, the order will be cancelled.
