Support
The Equinix Identity and Access Management Support page provides a number of Case Management options for connecting directly with Equinix Support when you experience a technical issue.
On the Support page, you can:
- Open a new case.
- Search for your port, virtual device, or cluster using Inventory Search.
- Click View Support Case History to find current, or closed support cases.
Case Management
Equinix IAM has several case management options available for opening a new support case, and connecting with Equinix Support Center.
Administration
For issues in the portal, your account, or general questions, use one of the options in Administration.
The steps are the same for all options:
- Select an Issue Type.
- Add specific details about the issue you are experiencing.
- Upload files or screen captures with relevant information.
- Add your company name, Account ID, support case ID, and any relevant case information in Customer Reference.
