Becoming a service provider on Equinix Fabric unlocks new marketing opportunities for your services. Equinix customers can find your available services and connect to them in ways that were not previously possible using physical cross connects. Equinix has developed a few recommendations and ways of sharing these new capabilities with your internal teams, partners, and customers.
Equinix Fabric providers with high levels of adoption apply the following best practices:

- Train your sales team on the use cases and benefits.

Documentation – Equinix maintains a Service Provider section within our documentation center. We can add your logo and any relevant documentation about the connectivity process and the services you are offering over Fabric.
noteIt is recommended that you also store these references within your own documentation center or other tools so the information is accessible from both locations to optimize the number of customers who may be interested in this service.

Solution Brief – Create a 1 to 2 page solution brief or overview of the services and use cases to share internally and with customers is also helpful. See the Colt ODI Solution Brief for an example. Information regarding Equinix branding can be found in our Brand Center. Your solution brief could include the following types of information:
- Features and Benefits – details on why customers may want to connect to your service over Equinix Fabric
- Technical Specifications – description of the architecture
- Availability – locations where your service is available
- Contacts – who to contact if the customer is interested
- Learn More – links to learn more about the offered service

Press Releases or Blogs – Equinix will work with any new service providers who want to create a press release or blog about their new Fabric service. Work with your sales team to engage the appropriate marketing team if you are interested.
