Connect to Alibaba Cloud Express

1. Log in to the Equinix Fabric Portal and from the Connections menu, select Create Connection.
2. In the A Service Provider card, click Connect to a Service Provider.
3. Locate the Alibaba card and click Create Connection.
4. Follow the wizard to enter your parameters, then click Submit Order.
5. Log into the Alibaba Express Connect Management Console.
6. Select Physical Connection > Virtual Border Router (VBR) to view and confirm the creation of the new VBR instance.
