Only A-side asset or serial numbers should be entered for a cross connect issue. Even if the issue is on the Z-Side, or is related to a multi-hop cross connect, always enter the A-side asset or serial number in the Trouble Ticket form.
If you do not know the asset or serial number, specify your A-side IBX, Cage, and Cabinet location information.
If the issue is related to the Z-side, or multiple hops, enter all the cross connect details in the Problem Description text box, and include any file attachments.
