Request a Callback

Tip: To request access to the Customer Portal, contact us by chat, phone, or email.

To access Callback, follow the instructions below:

  1. Within the portal, click Support in the upper-right corner of the page and choose Request a Callback.
  2. Enter your contact number and select the Reason to call (either to get help with an existing order or case number, or to start a new inquiry).

  3. If you chose "existing", enter the order number or case number.

  4. Select the issue you need help with, under Select a Category.

  5. If you do not want the call to be recorded, select Select this option if you do not want to be recorded.

  6. Click Send Request to submit the form. Equinix Support will call you shortly after you submit the request.
