My Equinix Contacts

This page provides the contact information for all Equinix contacts associated with an account.

1. Click Support at the top right corner of the page and select My Equinix Contacts. The My Equinix Contacts page is displayed.

2. To view the contact information for a particular account, click > to the left of the desired account.

   

3. To send an email to a contact, click the link in the Email Address column.

4. To send an SMS text message to a contact, click SMS Me in the Actions column.
