The Report Center in the Equinix Customer Portal offers operational insights into your IBX data center deployments. The reports can assist you with compliance requirements, internal process reviews, and uptime optimization of your deployments.
The reports provide information about:

Power management and redundancy

Security audits, access logs, and security permissions

Colocation, cross connect, and power deployments

Smart Hands usage and charges, for budgeting, planning, and accounting

Troubleshooting and incident investigation
For most reports, you can run them in the Customer Portal at your convenience.
For selected reports, a technician must collect data before the reports can be generated. These reports are associated with a fee.
