Patch Panel: Ports Management

The following table shows the supported port types and provides information on how to manage different types of values for port numbers.

Port Type	Description
Port A	Specify the desired port number Port value cannot be 0 When the port is not selected, the next available port is used by default
Port B	Specify the desired port number Port value cannot be 0 When the port is not selected, the next available port is used by default If no selection is required, use the value of -1 only for LC or SC connector types Mandatory for SC, ST, FC connector types Optional for LC and MPO connector types Not required for RJ45 connector type
