Change Your Service Desk PIN Or Security Questions
Network Edge users can change their service desk PIN and security questions in their user profile.
To access your user profile and change security settings:

Sign in to the Equinix Customer Portal and navigate to Network Edge.

Click the arrow next to your user name and select My Profile.

Click the edit icon next to Service Desk PIN and enter a new pin.

Click the edit icon next to Security Questions and enter new questions.
