NGINX Plus Load Balancer Support
For F5 NGINX Plus running on Equinix Network Edge platform, it is important to understand how this product is currently supported. Both Equinix and F5 may be involved in the support process depending on the issue. Some issues are triaged by Equinix, while other issues require you to contact F5 Networks.
