The Equinix Metro Connect and Inter-Metro Connect Policy ("Policy") supplements and sets forth additional terms and conditions governing the customer’s use of Metro Connect (which provides connections to a partner, a customer, or a separate deployment at a different IBX facility) and Inter-Metro Connect (which connects to a partner, a customer, or a separate deployment between different IBX facilities within the same metro), as further described in the applicable Order.
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines measurable performance level for Equinix Metro Connect, including availability and remedies in case of failures, is defined in the policy document.
