Fiber Connect is integrated with the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP), so you must create an account to get started.
New Users
To create an ECP account, contact your company's portal administrator or the Global Service Desk for Equinix assistance.
Existing Users
Existing users can order Equinix Fiber Connect through ECP:

Go to the Equinix Customer Portal.

Enter your user name and password, then click Log In.

Go to Orders and Tickets, and select Cross Connects.
The Interconnection Catalog page is displayed. Select Fiber Connect.
