Resizing (upgrading or downgrading) the bandwidth of your existing Direct Connect connection is not currently available from Fabric. AWS does not support automated bandwidth resizing of partner connections at this time. Equinix plans to enable this functionality once it becomes available from AWS.
To change the bandwidth of your AWS Direct Connection you need to delete the old connection and create a new connection at the desired bandwidth.
