Resellers are customers who purchase services from Equinix and resell them to their customers. Reseller and sub-account support and permissions have been added to Equinix Internet Access with Network Edge.

On the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP), a reseller can add the customer account as a sub-account.

All Internet Access services with Network Edge devices created from a sub-account are billed to the reseller.

In the Equinix Fabric portal, a sub-account user can view, order, and delete Internet Access services.

Resellers can order or delete Internet Access services with Network Edge devices on behalf of the sub-account user.

A sub-account can only view the Internet Access services with Network Edge assets for which it has been granted access.
