You can identify whether Equinix Internet Access is available in a metro or an IBX by using the Marketplace Explorer app. Marketplace Explorer lists the Equinix products that are available between IBX data centers in each metro. You can filter by IBX or by connection type to locate a specific IBX, and determine whether Equinix Internet Access is supported there.
To verify whether a specific metro or an IBX data center supports Equinix Internet Access:

Sign into Equinix Customer Portal and navigate to Equinix Market Place.

From the Discover menu, choose Explorer.
A map displays the location of Equinix IBX data centers.

Select a location by clicking a marker on the map, or by entering the name of the metro or IBX in the search field.
To browse by IBX locations, click Browse metros or check IBX locations > Equinix metros. Select a location from the list of Data Center Locations.

Look for Equinix Internet Access in the Equinix Product Availability Chart.
In this example, Equinix Internet Access is available in the Calgary Metro.

Select a single IBX to view the port speeds that are available for each product in the Equinix Product Availability list.
For example, the available port speeds for Equinix Internet Access in the CL1 IBX are 1 or 10 Gbps.
