Equinix Internet Access provides blended internet access using multiple tier-1 internet service providers (ISPs) and Equinix Internet Exchanges (IX) to deliver high availability, reliability, and speed. Equinix Internet Access also supports various protocols, including Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), with static and direct routing over 1G, 10G, and 100G single- or dual-port connections.

Port options

1G, 10G, and 100G port interfaces are available for single- or dual-port options (one or two connections).

IP allocation

IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are available, chargeable, and subject to suitable justification. We offer IPv4 /30 to /24 and IPv6 /64 and /48 subnet ranges.

Dynamic or static routing

BGP and static routing options are available, for single- or dual-port configurations.

Traffic bursting (optional) Traffic bursting up to the port speed is an option.
Flexible minimum bandwidth Bandwidth commitments can scale to meet new demands (10 Mbps to 100 Gbps).
Availability SLA Multihomed configurations offer a 99.99% availability SLA.

Fixed monthly billing

Fixed monthly price based on a choice of maximum bandwidth commitment.

Flexible usage-based billing

Pay for the amount of data coming in or going out to the internet.
