Find Help

The Resource Center offers you with information on popular topics, relevant videos and documentation.

  1. Go to Support.

  2. Select Go to Resource center under Find Help section.

Report an Issue

You can submit a trouble ticket in two ways:

  1. Go to Support, and click Report an Issue under Report an Issue section.
  2. Click in the bottom right corner and select Submit Support Ticket.

    The Report an Issue window appears.

  3. Fill in all the fields with your information.

    Important: All fields are mandatory. You cannot submit a ticket without filling each one of them.

    Note: For the location, use the location of the port you are using or the location of one of your ports. You can upload files up to 10 MB to help resolve the problem. Accepted file types are PNG, JPEG, PDF and TIFF.

  4. Click Submit Ticket. You will receive a confirmation message on the portal. You will also get an email with your ticket number once you have successfully submitted a trouble ticket.

    Note: If you are having issues submitting a trouble ticket or receiving a confirmation email, contact your primary administrator to make sure you have the appropriate permissions enabled for support ticket creation on the ECP Portal.
