Report an Issue
Submit a trouble ticket either via the Support tab or the [?] icon in the bottom right corner. You can submit a trouble ticket with any issues you might have or provide feedback on the portal experience.
You can also select Report An Issue on the Support page.
Whether you select the Report an Issue button or the (?) icon, a popup will display to capture your information. There are a number of required fields that you need to fill in.
For the location, use the location of the port you are using or the location of one of your ports. You can also attach the screenshots up to 10 MB to help resolve the problem. Accepted file types are PNG, JPEG and TIFF.
Submit Ticket will take your submissions and automatically route your ticket to the appropriate Equinix Support Team. You will receive a confirmation message on the portal. You will also get an email with your ticket number once you have successfully submitted a trouble ticket.
An email will be sent to the Equinix Service Desk with your input from the Ticket Details Section. It will also contain your information based on your login credentials in Customer Details Section.
