Audit Report for Access Management

Administrators can now download the Audit Report for their organization. This report provides detailed insights into any changes made to access management policies, including role assignments and assignments for users within the organization.

The Audit Report includes key information such as:

  • Who made the change

  • What specific change was made

  • When the change occurred

You can access and download the Audit Report from the Reports tab in the IAM portal.

Resellers also have the ability to generate Audit Reports both for their own accounts and for their end customers.

Download Audit Report

To generate an audit report:

  1. Sign in to the Identity & Access Management portal as an IAM Admin or Company Administrator of the logged in users' organization.

  2. On the Reports tab, click on Generate Audit Report.

  3. In the Generate Audit Report section, select the date range for the report and click Submit.

Once the report is generated, it will be available in the Reports tab. You can now view and download the Audit Report.

Note: Resellers can download the report for themselves or their end Customers. If they need to download the report for their end customers, they need to select one or more end customers for whom the report needs to be downloaded.
