Resellers can share resources with their customers. Shared resources are available in both reseller and customer projects.
To share a resource:

Sign in to the Identity & Access Management portal as a Reseller user.

Click Resources.

Locate the resource you want to share, then hover over
and select Manage Sharing. -
Choose the customer, project, and billing account.

Click Add End Customer to share the given resource with additional customers.

Click Submit.
