The Asset Sharing feature enables resellers to share specific assets with their end customers. This functionality is designed to facilitate collaboration and resource management between resellers and their customers. It is important to note that the end customer must be associated with the reseller for the sharing process to occur. Only certain types of assets are eligible for sharing.
Eligibility for Asset Movement

Reseller and End Customer Relationship – The end customer must be under the reseller's account for asset sharing to take place.

Asset Type – Only specific types of assets can be shared. Ensure that the asset you wish to share is eligible.
Important: Make sure the asset you are attempting to share is eligible and that you have the necessary permissions to perform the sharing action.
The following assets can shared:

Share an Asset
To share an asset:

Sign in to your Reseller Account and navigate to your asset list.

Locate the asset you want to share with your end customer and click
to determine if the asset is eligible to share.

Click Share Asset. The assets currently shared with the end customer will display.

In the Add Customer section, select the end customer organization from the Select a customer drop-down.

Choose the appropriate project associated with the end customer.

Select the billing account to which the asset will be shared.

Review the information and click Submit.
A notification will confirm that the asset has been successfully shared with the end customer.
