Accessing the Managed Solutions Portal (MSP)

Important: You need access to the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP) in order to access MSP. If you don't have access to ECP, contact your sales representative or CSM for assistance.

To access MSP:

  1. Sign in to the Equinix Customer Portal.
  2. From the Operations menu, select Access Managed Services Portal.

The MSP will open in a new browser tab on your start page.

Requesting Managed Solutions Portal Access

If you do not see the Access Managed Solutions Portal option, you will need to request Access Permissions to the MSP. This can be provided by an administrator in your organization with MSP access, by your sales representative or by the CSM team.
