Equinix Managed Solutions 2024.2 is available July, 2024.

With this release, the Managed Solutions Portal user interface has been significantly improved.

Managed Solutions Portal UI Improvements

The user interface for the Managed Solutions Portal has been redesigned to provide a better user experience. The primary navigation tabs have been re-organized to simplify ordering and getting support. A new Support Center page has been added to make opening support cases (formerly known as "tickets") easier and more straightforward.
