Track Orders

On the dashboard, click Track My Orders in Orders & Tickets to check the status each order, and history of closed orders.

You can view the project phases on the initial order tracking screen, and the cards with different orders move through the columns with the following phases:

  • Planning and Provisioning – Initial phase of the project, where the planning and scheduling for the provisioning of this project will be done.

  • Execution – Phase in which the necessary tasks to activate the products/services in the order will be done.

  • Customer Validation – After execution, the project goes into the validation phase, where you will have 2 days to approve the completed projects. This approval must be done by email or telephone contact with our support team. After 2 days the project will be automatically approved.

  • Canceled / Closed – At the end of the user's validation phase, the project is finalized and moved on the board. Canceled projects are also in the memo location of the board and the cards appear on this screen for 1 month after the status change. After this period, the projects will only appear in the Closed tab at the top of the page.

In addition to the phases on the board, it is possible to check information such as status, name and project phase inside the cards. The available statuses are:

  • On Track – Projects following the phases as planned by the internal teams

  • Delayed – Dates agreed during project planning were not followed

  • Validation – Status used in the user's validation phase to inform about the end of activation, and move forward with the delivery approval

  • Approve ETI – One or more order items are in the Technical Interview approval step

  • Closed – Closed projects that have already passed through the client validation phase

  • Canceled – Canceled orders and projects display the status on the card

Note: The status of colocation items for projects is not yet considered within order tracking of the Managed Services Portal.
