Customer Installation Guidelines

For customer installation of IT equipment in Equinix IBX data centers, Equinix provides a set of guidelines to ensure correct installation.

Use this guide as a “how to” and best practices set of guidelines for the correct installation of IT equipment. Incorrect installation can affect your equipment performance and could impact claims under your Service Level Agreement. Follow these guidelines to comply with Equinix standards and policies.
