Request a Callback

Use the Request a Callback form to leave your contact details and someone from Equinix Support will call you.

To request a callback:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Click ? Support in the upper-right corner of the page and choose Request a Callback.

  3. Enter your contact number and select the Reason to call:

    • Existing Case - Enter or Search for the Case Number you want to be contacted about.
    • Existing Order - Enter or Search for the Order Number you want to be contacted about.
    • New Inquiry - Select a topic from the Select a Category drop-down. If no specific topics describe your request, use General Inquiry.
  4. Use the Description field to provide details about your issue.

  5. If you do not want the call to be recorded, use the Select this option if you do not want to be recorded checkbox.

  6. Click Send Request to submit the form. Equinix Support will call you shortly after you submit the request.
