Request a Callback

Submit your contact details using the Request a Callback form to receive a call from Equinix Support.

To request a callback:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Select Support from the main navigation, then choose Request a Callback from the support menu.

  3. Enter your contact number and select the Reason to call:

    • Existing Case - Enter or Search for the Case Number you want to be contacted about.
    • Existing Order - Enter or Search for the Order Number you want to be contacted about.
    • New Inquiry - Select a topic from the Select a Category drop-down. If no specific topics describe your request, use General Inquiry.
  4. Use the Description field to provide details about your issue.

  5. If you prefer not to have the call recorded, select the checkbox labeled Select this option if you do not want to be recorded.

  6. Click Send Request to submit the form. Equinix Support will contact you shortly.
