    note

The patch panel ports listed in the Digital LOA PDF are reserved specifically for use with that LOA. To access these ports during the Cross Connect ordering process, the PDF must be uploaded in the Z-side Details section of the order form. Once uploaded, the reserved Z-side asset details, including the ports and IBX details, will be automatically populated. If the document is not uploaded, these reserved ports will not be visible or selectable during ordering.

  • LOA Awaiting for Authorization – Confirmation email that the Digital LOA was prepared. However, before being used, the Digital LOA must be authenticated by a Customer Portal login. This email includes a link to the Customer Portal that is used to gather data about a user. This data can be applied during the Cross Connects ordering process.
